4710 S. 1st

This is a great house that was purchased in 2007 and was quickly updated.  Updates include new eat-in kitchen, new A/C, new electricals, new caret on top floor, and etc.  This is now rented out by a renter that although has a lot of stuff in the house, has kept the house clean and in working order.  Her two kids were well behaved and belongings were organized.
